Refund & Cancellation Policy

Doctor AI Training Program

This policy covers registrations for the Doctor AI Training Program and other paid programs run by We Care Stroke.

Cancelling your own registration

• Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session date.
• 50% refund if you cancel between 3–6 days before the first session.
• No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the first session, or after the first session has taken place.

To request a cancellation, email us with your registered name, email, and Member ID.

If we cancel or reschedule a session

If We Care Stroke cancels the program or a session, you’ll be offered a full refund or a seat in the next available batch, whichever you prefer.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank/UPI provider’s own processing time.

Certification

Certification of completion is issued only to participants who attend the required minimum number of sessions, as communicated at the start of the program.
