We Care Stroke is a support organisation dedicated to helping stroke survivors, caregivers, and families navigate life before, during, and after stroke, through awareness, recovery guidance, and a strong support ecosystem — including programs like the Doctor AI Training Program for medical professionals.

When you register for a program, contact us, or use this website, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Professional details such as specialty and medical registration number, where relevant
• An identity document you choose to upload during registration (this is optional, never required)
• Payment confirmation details from our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves

How we use your information

• To confirm your registration and issue your Member ID
• To send you updates about the program you’ve registered for
• To respond to queries you send us
• To improve our programs and outreach

How we protect your information

Registration data is stored securely on our website’s database. Payments are processed directly by Razorpay under their own security standards — we never handle your card details. Any identity document you upload is stored in a private location that isn’t publicly browsable.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what’s necessary with Razorpay to process your payment, and we may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights
